Shadow Mewtwo will be in Tier 5 Shadow Raids on Saturday March 30, 2024 6:00 AM
until Sunday March 31, 2024 10pm. Shadow Raikou will not appear.
Team GO Rocket will appear more frequently at PokéStops and in balloons
You can use a Charged TM to help Shadow Pokemon to forget the Charged Attack, Frustration.
Team GO Rocket Grunts, Sierra, Cliff, and Arlo will be using different Shadow Pokémon in their lineups.
In addition, Team GO Rocket has also turned the following Pokémon into Shadow Pokémon. Defeat Team GO Rocket Grunts to save them!
Also, Pokémon rescued from Team GO Rocket Grunts may appear as Shiny Pokémon.
